The current study investigated the direct impact of supportive work environment on quality of care. Specifically, the model was also examined the indirect impact of a supportive work environment on quality of care. The Structural equation modeling technique was used to test hypotheses. The result of the study suggested that a supportive work environment has a significant effect on the quality of care. Second, the mediating effect of psychological capital between a supportive work environment and quality of care was significant.
