Abstract

The current study aims to identify transformation within human resource practices in the manufacturing sector of Pakistan. The study's objectives include exploring current human resource processes by managing green principles. The literature section within the study provides insight into the traditional human resource approach. Further, the section highlights waste management practices based on which sustainability will be processed. Understanding various concepts used by operational managers within production practices is highlighted. The methodological section within the study provides an overview of relative patterns and processes to be used. The current study uses a quantitative approach in which employees working within the manufacturing sector will be involved as participants. Using a 5-point Likert scale, a close-ended questionnaire relative to responses from the participants will be collected. To analyze data, SPSS software will be used based on which reliability and validity of the study will be maintained.
