Abstract

The main goal of this study is to do a qualitative analysis of the designed research instrument and figure out how important ethical leadership is for improving and providing better nursing services. A structured questionnaire was used to gather information for this study. The study's conclusion was based on its main findings, which show that ethical leadership in nurse management may benefit all participants involved, including co-workers, and increase productivity at work.
