Abstract

PurposeВ - The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. The study explores direct relation between ethical leadership and organizational commitment and through the mediating variable; social exchange.В В The study focused on the Pakistani corporate sector organizations.В 

Methodology – The research focused on electronic data collection approach. Data was collected from 412 participants of the corporate sector organizations in Pakistan. The participants were selected through convenience sampling approach. 

Findings -В The findings of the study show that Ethical leadership is positively associated with affective and normative commitment. Furthermore, the study shows that social exchange as mediating variable plays a positive role in relationship between ethical leadership and normative and affective commitment.В
