In today's world, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are largely contributing to the social and
economic development of communities. Organizations are trying to incorporate creativity and
innovation in their ways of doing business so that their goals can be achieved successfully. It is

the successful operations of the organizations. Thus, the main purpose of the current study is to
investigate the impact of talent management practices on employee creativity. Moreover, the
mediation effect of employee engagement has also been adopted to further highlight more rigorous
outcomes. Structured questionnaires from previous literature were adopted to collect the primary

and regression analysis were carried out to test theoretical model. Mediation analysis was performed
through bootstrapping method to find out its effect on both independent and dependent variables.

employee creativity. Moreover, result indicated that employee engagement mediates the relation
